Bloom and Bridge Therapy

Compassionate, Neurodivergent- Affirming Care

Supporting Growth, Building Independence

What Is Neurodivergent-Affirming Care?

Neurodivergent-affirming care is an approach to therapy that recognizes and respects different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world.

Rather than trying to change who someone is, this approach focuses on:

Honoring individual strengths

Supporting authentic self-expression

Building practical skills for everyday life

Creating environments where people feel safe, respected, and understood

Therapy should be a place where individuals feel supported exactly as they are, while also gaining tools that help them navigate the world with greater confidence and independence.

Welcome, I'm so glad you're here!

About You

You are someone — or the parent of someone — who is looking for a compassionate, holistic approach to therapy.

You may be hoping to find support that helps with:'

  • building independence and life skills

  • developing social and emotional skills

  • navigating relationships and communication

  • improving mental health and wellbeing

At Bloom and Bridge Therapy, I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and young adults with disabilities to build the skills needed for greater independence and confidence in everyday life.

Meet Sloan Krakovsky

About Me

My name is Sloan Krakovsky, and I am a therapist in Colorado specializing in supporting individuals with disabilities, transition-aged youth,  and neurodivergent young adults as they build independence, life skills, and emotional well-being.

I bring over seven years of experience working with individuals with disabilities across hospital settings, school environments, and private practice. Through these experiences, I have developed a deep appreciation for how important it is for therapy spaces to feel safe, warm, welcoming, and genuinely affirming..

My approach is neurodivergent-affirming,  strengths-based, and centered on meeting each individual where they are. Together, we focus on practical skills and emotional support that help individuals navigate life with greater confidence and autonomy.

Community-Based Therapy Sessions

Developing independence often means practicing skills in the environments where challenges actually occur.

Community-based therapy allows us to work together in real-world settings such as:

  • grocery stores

  • community spaces

  • parks and nature settings

  • social environments

This approach helps individuals build confidence, independence, and real-life problem-solving skills.

  • daily routines

  • communication and relationships

  • emotional regulation

  • life skills within the natural home environment

This approach helps individuals build skills that translate directly into everyday life.
